A small recipie to get rid constipation

Use this recipie in case you are suffering from constipation

Take 100 to 150 grams of green gram (mung dal) with green seed coat) and boil it  and make soft to eat. Add 2-3 teaspoons of sugar and eat at evening time say during 5 . 00 pm along with tea.
